HPLC High-speed bag making machine control system

Bag length：30~900 mm, skip mode for long bag；；；； ；
Bag making speed：20~250 cuts/minute (single cutting speed);
Positioning accuracy：Better than ±0.2mm;
Temperature control：maximum temperature 300 °C, generally provided with 16-channel or 24-channel control, with control stability being ±1 °C.

Product Description
1、The main motor is subject to servo control while the traction motor to multi-axial serve control;

2、HPLC high-speed bag making machine control system adopts PLC as its main processor ,and provides friendly HMI (Touch screen) with easy operation ;

3、Heater temperature is centralized control by modular TC-8H with PID regulation. This method has the features of high precision and fast response;

4、Maximum linear feeding speed is 50 m/min,the automatic control of unwinding tension is realized by a magnetic powder braker.
